# The Registered Designs Rules 1989, Article 70: Procedure when registration number known


Where any person desires to obtain the information which he is entitled to obtain under section 23 and can furnish the registration number of the design, he shall make his request on Designs Form 20 and the registrar shall thereafter furnish him with the information aforesaid.
