  "text": "Where an order has been made by the court in any case under the Act, the person in whose favour such order has been made shall forthwith file Designs Form 28 accompanied by an office copy of the order. The register shall, if necessary, thereupon be rectified by the making of any entry therein or the variation or deletion of any entry therein.",
