Article 8 Address for service

Every person concerned in any proceedings to which these Rules relate and every person registered as proprietor of, or as having an interest in, a registered design shall furnish to the registrar an address for service in the United Kingdom and that address may be treated for all purposes connected with such proceedings or such registered design as the address of that person.

Such address shall, in the case of a registered proprietor, be entered on the register as the address for service of such proprietor.
