  "text": "The certificate of registration of a design shall be in the form set out in Schedule 2 to these Rules, provided always that, in the case of a design which is registered under the provisions of section 4 in association with a design which has been previously registered, the certificate shall contain a statement that the design has been registered in association with that previously registered design.",
