  "text": "Application may be made in writing for entry in the register of notification of any transaction, event or document other than those referred to in rule 42 purporting to affect the proprietorship of, or any interest in, a registered design. The registrar may direct that such evidence as he may require in connection with the application should be furnished within such period as he may specify.",
