# The Registered Designs Rules 1995, Article 70: Procedure when registration number known


Where any person desires to obtain the information which he is entitled to obtain under section 23 and can furnish the registration number of the design, he shall make his request in writing accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any, and the registrar shall thereafter furnish him with the information aforesaid.
