# The Registered Designs Rules 1995, Article 78: Filing of order with registrar


Where an order has been made by the court in any case under the Act, the person in whose favour such order has been made shall forthwith file an office copy of the order. The register shall if necessary thereupon be rectified by the making of any entry therein or the variation or deletion of any entry therein.
