  "heading": "Certificate of registration",
  "text": "(1) The certificate of registration of a design shall include—\n(a) the name of the registered proprietor;\n(b) the date of registration; and\n(c) the registration number of the design.\n(2) Any request by the registered proprietor for a copy of the certificate of registration shall—\n(a) be in writing; and\n(b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee.\n(3) Before considering the request, the registrar may require the person making the request to provide such information or evidence as the registrar thinks fit.\n(4) This rule shall not apply to re-registered designs or re-registered international designs.",
