  "text": "(1) For the transaction of relevant business by the public the Patent Office shall be open—\n(a) on Monday to Friday between 9.00am and midnight; and\n(b) on Saturday between 9.00am and 1.00pm.\n(2) For the transaction of all other business by the public under the Act the Patent Office shall be open between 9.00am and 5.00pm.\n(3) In this Part “relevant business” means the filing of any application or other document except—\n(a) an application for an extension under section 8; or\n(b) an application for the registration of a design or designs made by virtue of section 14.",
