Coming into force 1st August 2001
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 64A(3), 90(3) and 94(1) of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
