  "text": "(1) In section 65(4) of the 1968 Act (which provides for the removal of persons from establishments in certain circumstances)—\n(a) after the word “who” insert “ —(a) ”;\n(b) after the word “subsection” insert\n“; or—\n(b) re-occupies the premises for the purpose of carrying on the establishment without any appeal under section 64 above having been decided in his favour,”.",
