# The Registered Foreign Lawyers Order 1991, Article 2: Solicitors Act 1974


Section 85 of the Solicitors Act 1974 shall have effect as if the references in that section to a solicitor included references to a person who is a registered foreign lawyer practising as a member of a multi-national partnership.
