# The Registered Health Care Profession (Designation) Order 2003, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st November 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the definition of “registered health care professional” in section 65(1) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:
