# Registered Homes Act 1984 (repealed), Paragraph 10

Extent: E+W

In section 34(2) of that Act for the words “3(4)(b) of the Nursing Homes Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ 23(5)(b) of the Registered Homes Act 1984 ”.
