# Registered Homes Act 1984 (repealed), Paragraph 11

In section 145(1) of that Act, in the definitions of “the managers” and “mental nursing home”, for the words “the Nursing Homes Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ the Registered Homes Act 1984 ”.
