# The Registered Homes (Amendment) Act 1991 (Commencement) Order 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on 1st April 1993 the Registered Homes (Amendment) Act 1991 (which amends Part I of the Registered Homes Act 1984 so as to require registration in respect of small residential care homes with fewer than four residents and for connected purposes).
