# Registered Rents (Increase) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 15th February 2002
Coming into operation 4th March 2002
The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 33(2) of the Rent (Northern Ireland) Order 1978, and now exerciseable by it, and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, having complied with the requirements of Article 33(1) of that Order and determined that the rents hereinafter mentioned should be increased, hereby makes the following Order:
