  "long_title": "This Order increases the rents registered with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive under Part V of the Rent (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 for the dwelling houses, which are let under regulated tenancies, by 3 percent from 8th March 2004. Under Article 22(4) of the Rent (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 a notice of increase of rent which gives effect to an increase made by virtue of this Order shall not take effect earlier than 4 weeks after the commencement of this Order, i.e., not earlier than 5th April 2004.",
