Coming into operation 8th May 2012
The Department for Social Development, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 55(5) and (6) of the Private Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 2006f1.
The Department has accepted the recommendation of the Rent Officer made under Article 55(4) of that Order that the rents referred to in Article 55(1) of that Order should be increased.
