  "long_title": "The Registration of Restrictive Trading Agreements (EEC Documents) Regulations 1973 require certain documents to be sent to the Director General of Fair Trading. If an agreement is subject to registration under the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976, the parties are obliged to send him specified information about various steps taken in relation to the same agreement under the procedures of the European Communities, such as the making of an application for negative clearance to the European Commission. Those Regulations are now revoked, without replacement.",
