  "text": "LAND REGISTRATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 23rd March 1988\nComing into force 1st December 1988\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 23rd day of March 1988\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 120(1) and (6) of the Land Registration Act 1925 and sections 80(2) and 90 of the London Government Act 1963, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order and declare, and it is hereby ordered and declared, as follows:",
