  "text": "LAND REGISTRATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 2nd August 1989\nComing into force 1st January 1990\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 2nd day of August 1989\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 120(1) and (6) of the Land Registration Act 1925 and sections 80(2) and 90 of the London Government Act 1963, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order and declare, and it is hereby ordered and declared, as follows:",
