Regulation 2 Amendment of the Registration Services (Fees, etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2006

The Registration Services (Fees, etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2006^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “Internet search session”, for “30 computer screens or part screens” substitute “5 electronic images”.

In Part 1 of Schedule 1 (searches in statutory registers and parochial registers), for “7.00” (fee for an Internet search)^f2 each time it appears in column 3, substitute “7.50”.
