  "heading": "Offence of misleading the Authority",
  "text": "(1) Subsections (1) and (3) of section 398 (misleading FCA or PRA) of the Act are to apply in respect of requirements imposed by or under these Regulations as they apply in respect of requirements imposed by or under the Act.\n(1A) For the purposes of section 398 of the Act, as applied to requirements imposed by or under these Regulations, information provided to the asset pool monitor in response to a requirement under regulation 17A(7) shall be treated as being given to the Authority.\n(2) Section 400 (offences by bodies corporate etc) and subsections (2), (3), (5) and (6) of section 401 (proceedings for offences) of the Act are to apply for the purposes of paragraph (1) as they apply for the purposes of the Act.",
