  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Regulated Electronic Programme Guide (Prescribed Description and Transitional Arrangements) Regulations 2026 and come into force on 16th June 2026.\n(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
