# The Regulated Services (Annual Returns) (Wales) Regulations 2017, Regulation 4: Information about workforce planning


An annual return must contain a description of the arrangements in place for the recruitment and retention of staff employed by the service provider in relation to the regulated services which the service provider is registered to provide.
