# The Regulated Services (Annual Returns) (Wales) Regulations 2017, Regulation 5: Other information


An annual return which is submitted by a service provider who is registered to provide a care home service, a secure accommodation service , special school residential service or a residential family centre service must contain the additional information specified in the Schedule in relation to each of the places at which the service is provided.
