# The Regulated Services (Annual Returns) (Wales) Regulations 2017, Regulation 7: Declaration of truth


An annual return must contain a signed declaration by the service provider confirming that they have read and agree with the information contained in the annual return which relates to the regulated services that the provider is registered to provide.
