# The Regulated Services (Notifications) (Wales) Regulations 2017, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016;
“the tribunal” (“y tribiwnlys”) has the same meaning as in section 189 of the Act.
