# The Regulated Services (Notifications) (Wales) Regulations 2017, Regulation 9: Information to be contained in a notification under section 39(1)(f) of the Act


A notification under section 39(1)(f) of the Act must, in addition to the information set out in regulation 3, contain the following—
(a) the name of the person who has been given a penalty notice;
(b) the date on which the penalty notice was issued; and
(c) the offence which the Welsh Ministers are satisfied has been committed.
