The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(1)(d)f1, 11(3)(a)(iii) and 187(1) of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016f2, make the following Regulations.

Sections 6(1)(d) and 11(3)(a)(iii) refer to “such other information as may be prescribed”. “Prescribed” is defined in section 189 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 to mean “prescribed by regulations made by Welsh Ministers”.
