# The Regulated Services (Registration) (Wales) Regulations 2017, Paragraph 45


Those persons are—
(a) any person who has been appointed as a director, manager or secretary of the body corporate;
(b) any person who has been appointed as a trustee of the body corporate ;
(c) any person who is a member of the managing committee of the body corporate.
