Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Regulatory Reform (Collaboration etc. between Ombudsmen) Order 2007 and comes into force on 1st August 2007.

In this Order —

• “the 1967 Act” means the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967^f1;

• “the 1974 Act” means the Local Government Act 1974^f2;

• “the 1993 Act” means the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993^f3.
