Article 10 Disclosure of information

In section 32 of the 1974 Act (law of defamation, and disclosure of information), in subsection (2), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)

for the purposes of a complaint which is being investigated by the Parliamentary Commissioner or the Health Service Commissioner for England (or both); or”.
