# The Regulatory Reform (Collaboration etc. between Ombudsmen) Order 2007, Article 16: General


In section 12(1) of the 1967 Act (interpretation), after the definition of “enactment” insert—
““Local Commissioner” means a Local Commissioner under Part 3 of the Local Government Act 1974;”.
