# The Regulatory Reform (Collaboration etc. between Ombudsmen) Order 2007, Article 17: General


In section 19 of the 1993 Act (interpretation), after the definition of “local authority” insert—
““Local Commissioner” means a Local Commissioner under Part 3 of the Local Government Act 1974;”.
