  "text": "(1) For the purposes of section 4(3) of the Regulatory Reform Act 2001 (subordinate provisions) the following are designated as subordinate provisions—\n(a) article 1(3);\n(b) in article 2, the definition of “relevant local authority”;\n(c) article 9(6) and (7);\n(d) in article 10, the reference to “Part 3 of Schedule 1”;\n(e) article 11(2);\n(f) article 14(2);\n(g) article 16(1)(a) to (d);\n(h) article 16(4);\n(i) article 18(6) and (7);\n(j) article 25;\n(k) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(l) article 49; and\n(m) Schedule 1.\n(2) A subordinate provisions order made in relation to article 1(3) shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.\n(3) A subordinate provisions order made in relation to any of the provisions mentioned in article 52(1)(b) to (m) may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.",
