# The Regulatory Reform (Housing Management Agreements) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Regulatory Reform (Housing Management Agreements) Order 2003 and shall come into force on the day after that on which this Order is made.
(2) This Order extends only to England and Wales.
