Article 11 Amendment of the Patents Act 1977

In section 60(6)(b) of that Act (meaning of infringement)—

(a)

after the words “virtue of” there shall be inserted “section 20B(4) or (5) above or”;

(b)

after the words “section 64 below” there shall be inserted “ or section 117A(4) or (5) below”.
