Article 15 Amendment of the Patents Act 1977

(1)

Section 81 of that Act (conversion of European patent applications) shall be amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (2)(c) for the words “filing fee” there shall be substituted “application fee”.

(3)

In subsection (3)(d) after the words “required by sections” there shall be inserted “15A, ”.
