  "text": "In this Chapter—\n“early payment discounts” means early payment discounts included in an order under this Chapter by virtue of section 29(1);\n“enforcement undertaking” has the meaning given in section 27;\n“fixed monetary penalty” has the meaning given in section 20;\n“late payment penalties” means a requirement to pay interest or other financial penalties for late payment of a fixed monetary penalty, a variable monetary penalty or a non-compliance penalty included in an order under this Chapter by virtue of section 29(1);\n“non-compliance penalty” has the meaning given in section 26(1);\n“variable monetary penalty” has the meaning given in section 23.",
