  "text": "In the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982—\n(a) omit section 1(2)(c);\n(b) in section 6—\n(i) in subsection (1), for the words “an excepted contract” substitute—\n“a hire-purchase agreement”;\n(ii) omit subsection (2); and\n(iii) in subsection (3), omit the words “(subject to subsection (2) above)”;\n(c) omit section 11A(2)(c);\n(d) in section 11G—\n(i) in subsection (1), for the words “an excepted contract” substitute—\n“a hire-purchase agreement”;\n(ii) omit subsection (2); and\n(iii) in subsection (3), omit the words “(subject to subsection (2) above)”; and\n(e) in section 18, repeal the definitions of “redemption” and “trading stamps”.",
