  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Relevant Functions (Payments to Authorities) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 3rd August 2000.\n(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Relevant Functions (Payments to Authorities) Order 2000.",
