# The Relevant Functions (Payments to Authorities) Order 2000, Article 1A: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) Articles 2, 3 and 4 of this Order shall apply in the case of a local authority named in Part I of the Schedule to this Order.
(2) Articles 5, 6 and 7 of this Order shall apply in the case of a local authority named in Part II of the Schedule to this Order.
