Coming into force 13th April 1998
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 132(4) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
