# The Relocation Grants (Form of Application) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Paragraph 13


After note 43, insert—
“43A This means a payment made under the Community Care (Direct Payments) Act 1996 or under section 12B of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968.”.
