In note 43–

(i)

for “payments from the MacFarlane Trusts, the Independent Living Fund, the Independent Living (Extension) Fund or the Independent Living (1993) Fund” substitute “payments from the MacFarlane Trusts, the Eileen Trust or the Independent Living Funds”;

(ii)

after the words “New Deal” in the second place where those words occur insert “where you are self-employed under the Employment Option of the New Deal”.
