HOUSING, WALES

Coming into force in accordance with Regulation 1 (1)

The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers given to the Secretary of State by sections 132(4) and 146(1) and (2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996f1 which are now vested in the National Assembly so far as exercisable in Walesf2:
