Coming into force 1st July 2001
The National Assembly for Wales in exercise of the powers given to it by sections 132(3) and (4), 101 and 146(1) and (2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993, makes the following Regulations:
