# The Relocation Grants (Forms of Application) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2001, Paragraph 6


In note 45, after “(provision of financial assistance to students)”, insert—
“;
a grant for school meals for dependent children, or for meals for dependent children aged 3 or 4, paid by virtue of regulations made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998”.
